Situated a short drive down a quiet lane between Jete and Itrabo, you will find Casa Fermata nestled in the Rio Verde valley set in a peaceful location with stunning mountain views across the valley.

The Accommodation: Casa Fermata comprises two newly renovated independent apartments. Casa Fermata Apartment (32sq.m) is a one bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen in a spacious light open plan living area with its own dedicated private terrace. Casa Fermata Apartment has its own double bedroom and a separate Spanish style bathroom. Casa Fermata Apartment is perfect for the single traveller or couples searching for a tranquil getaway. Casa Fermata Studio (40 sq.m) is a spacious but cosy studio apartment. It includes a kitchen with an open plan dining, living area and a wood burner for winter nights, a large double bed with hideaway dressing area and a large Spanish style bathroom. Casa Fermata Studio is ideal for a couple seeking a quiet relaxing escape and is a perfect honeymoon destination. On request, we can adapt the studio to sleep 4.

Naturally, the beds will be made up ready for your arrival with towels provided.

Communal areas: Both properties have full access to the swimming pool with its large terrace area that has plenty of room to lounge around, enjoy the amazing scenery and listen to the birdsong.

The terrace garden has a variety of different fruit trees, so depending on the season you can help yourself to a lemon for your gin and tonic or squeeze some fresh orange juice to have with breakfast.

There is an outside dining area with BBQ set for guests to really enjoy a home away from home.

Nearby, there are general stores at Jete and Otivar as well as a few local bars and excellent restaurants. If you would like some shopping done ready for arrival let us know and that will be arranged.
